Order Processing

• All orders are generally processed within 1 working day on weekdays (Monday to Friday).
• Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation to notify you of your order status.
• A second email will be sent once your order has been dispatched via Royal Mail, which will include tracking information to keep you updated on the delivery progress.

Delivery Options

We offer the following delivery options:

1. 24 Hour Tracked (Free as standard)

   • Delivery time: 24 hour tracked after dispatch.
   • Available Monday to Friday.
   • Free of charge.

2.  Next Day Delivery (£10)

   • Guaranteed next working day delivery (Monday to Friday).
   • Please note this service excludes Saturdays.
   • Orders must be placed before the cut-off time for next-day dispatch.
   • Cost: £10.

Disruption to Royal Mail Service

In the event of any disruptions to Royal Mail services, including delays caused by industrial action or other unforeseen issues, we will make every effort to minimise the impact on your order.

During such periods, we will strive to use alternative couriers to ensure your order is dispatched as quickly as possible. We appreciate your understanding and patience during these times.

Important Information

• Please be aware that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and Royal Mail’s service.
• Orders placed after the cut-off times on Fridays will be processed the following Monday.
• We currently deliver only within the UK.
